Little Caesars
Digital Ordering & Checkout Platform
Worked on the Little Caesars customer-facing pizza ordering website, with a focus on modernizing the checkout experience. The platform originally supported card payments and Pay at Store, and was expanded to provide customers with faster and more flexible digital payment options.
Helped integrate Paze, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, and Google Pay into the checkout journey, giving customers more convenient ways to complete their orders while maintaining a consistent ordering experience.
Verizon
Customer Wireless Commerce Platform
Worked on Verizon's customer-facing wireless website covering the complete customer purchase and account flow. Customers could add new connections, add devices to existing lines, select products and plans, and move through checkout and payment experiences.
The application was built using a Micro Frontend architecture, allowing different areas of the customer journey to be developed and deployed independently while still functioning as one seamless Verizon experience.

Banking Single Sign-On & Administration Platform
Developed a Single Sign-On platform that allowed users to authenticate once and securely access multiple banking applications without repeatedly signing in to each system.
Also developed an administrative application used by banking agents to manage the SSO experience, including application branding, themes, colors, and Terms & Conditions content across participating banking applications.
Florida Blue
Find Care & Member Services Platform
Worked on Florida Blue's Find Care application, used by members and visitors to search for healthcare providers using a ZIP code or address, explore available doctors, and support appointment-related workflows.
The broader member experience also supported insurance policy management and premium payments, including Stripe-based payment processing for secure online transactions.

In-Store Inventory & Product Location Applications
Developed an in-store application called Back to Front, used by store associates with RFID scanning devices to compare sales-floor inventory with back-room inventory. The application generated a list of items missing from the sales floor so associates could quickly identify and replenish products.
Also worked on a Find a Product application that used RFID tag signals to guide store associates toward a specific item. As the associate moved through the store, the application displayed changing proximity levels based on the distance to the product, helping employees locate items more efficiently.

Contributed to the development and enhancement of a web-based contact management application used to manage customer and business contact information.
